Dr. Nancy graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine as a member of the Alpha Omega National Medical Honor Society. She completed her internship at Northwestern University and her dermatology residency at the University of Utah in 2005. She’s a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Society of the Dermatologic Surgery. She’s an expert in facial rejuvenation and uses specialized injectable and laser techniques to treat head-to-toe aging. Bonus: Dr. Nancy received a research grant from the National Rosacea Society to study the effects of lasers on rosacea—and she evaluates products and devices for medical studies, so she has her finger on the pulse of all that’s new.
The Fun Stuff
Originally from small-town Illinois, Dr. Nancy moved to Los Angeles in 2008 to escape long winters. And although she doesn’t miss the snow, she still loves skiing in Park City. When she’s not studying skin, Dr. Nancy spends time with her husband, pack of yorkies and strengthening her amateur chef game.
Favorite treatment? Microneedle collagen stimulation—because it takes off years in less than 30 minutes.
Favorite product? I mix Facile Clinical No. 1 prescription strength retinoid cream and Facile Surreal intensive recovery cream as my evening cocktail. These powerful ingredients work as a team to repair sun damage, boost collagen production, hydrate and plump the skin.
Biggest vice? Pizza. Chicago style. From Lou Malnati’s. Don’t tell anyone.
